Cancellation Policy
At Connektik, we strive to provide exceptional IT and IoT consulting and support services to meet your business needs. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our service policy: Appointment Approval: All appointments, including consultations, IT support, and introductory meetings, require approval from our team. Once you book an appointment, we will review your request and confirm the details. Billing for Services: Consultation and IT Support: These services will be invoiced according to our standard rates. Detailed information regarding fees and payment terms will be provided upon appointment confirmation. Free Meetup: The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary and can be used only once per client. This meeting is intended to understand your needs and discuss how Connektik can assist you. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
