Once you book an appointment, we will review your request and confirm the details. Billing for Services: Consultation and IT Support: These services will be invoiced according to our standard rates. Detailed information regarding fees and payment terms will be provided upon appointment confirmation. Free Meetup: The initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary and can be used only once per client. This meeting is intended to understand your needs and discuss how Connektik can assist you. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
